This is what I want to look like today plus some stuff I want. Mm peanut butter cups! Love 'em!

Today I fancy all things red. I've painted my nails bright red and would love to get myself some red tees and of course a red velvet CUPCAKE.

I had some bad pains today and suffered all day until about 2 pm when I gave in and had some painkillers. Strong ones with codeine and for the first time ever I had some weird reaction to them. It was very scary. So I will not be having them anymore. It ruined my afternoon completey. Just ibuprofen and paracetamol from now on...
Lots of work on the PC today. My head is pounding and my eyes are stinging... Time for a break? I haven't got the time. We'll break for some veggie puff pastry pie for dinner, then we need to run some errands and then do some more work. Busy bee.
This book in Swedish by H. Nesser. The first book that has felt right in quite a while. I have about 8 books that I've started lying on my bedside table at the moment... that I need to finish at some point. A book needs to feel right at the time you are reading it though, don't you think?

I'm a bit fan of anything retro. Especially when it comes to interior design. Plastic, round shapes, orange...
Time flies by... I don't know what I've been doing. Not much I guess. I've been having time off with my man. First to go see my family and friends in Sweden and then over Christmas and New Year here at home.
I've got some school work to do this week. At the moment I'm waiting for the mail man to come. He or she has a book that I need to finish one of my courses.
My throat is hurting today. Not what I need right before the weekend. Sipping ginger-lemon tea at the moment trying to fix it.

Just telling you about my third blog on this account. I'm still keeping this one and my baking blog of course, but just wanted to do this little thing aswell. Check it out here.
It's so cold here! I'm bathing 3 times per day just to stay warm!
Other than that, I'm hanging out with my family, watching Season 3 of Nip/Tuck on DVD (Just finished the last episode!), meeting friends, doing some school work... Stuff like that.
from here.
It's my birthday today. I'm now 23 years old. Weii.
So far, I've had breakfast made in my birthday very pretty toaster and had a coffee whilst opening some of my presents.
Awesome wooden sunglasses from here.
You can win a lovely blog design for Christmas here. I'm in!
Things are not right at the moment.
Glögg is mulled wine and something us Swedes drink around Christmas time with saffron buns and gingerbread cookies. We drink it was with raisins and almonds in it. The more fruit and nuts the better, according to myself. BLOSSA is a brand of Glögg that makes these wonderful bottles above. I've never tastes these but the pretty bottles make me want to try them... they come up with a new flavour every year. This year is saffron, the golden bottle to the right. Sounds good to me!
I always forget about the GAP but have just looked at the website and there's quite a lot of cosy looking things. I'd like some new basics. I'll go check out the real shop on Friday.
So tired! We had to get up at 5.15 this morning to drive C's dad + girlfriend to the airport... lucky I've not got work today. Just housewife stuff - laundry and cooking...I seriously need to nap soon...

Just watching the last ever episode of Gilmore Girls... and crying a bit... haha. But they are so sweet, Lorelai and Rory - mother and daughter.
Cold rainy English day here... Got my tea cup filled up with Swedish tea, bought some vanilla scented candles today that I've lit to make the world a cosier place... tonight we're cooking peanut butter sauce and making more pumpkin jam! :) Note to the collage I made above: I love all things retro!
